Gastric and duodenal ulcers, spastic disorders of Gastro-Intestinal tract, Hypermobility of GI tract, biliary dyskenisia, dumping syndrome.
On set of action – within 1 hour and last upto 6 hours.
It’s anticholineric action may lead to increased in pulse rate and vision disturbance.
Dosage: Adult 20mg 3-4 times a day as required, infants and children 5mg three times a day.
