Description Furosemide is a potent diuretic that inhibits the re absorption of sodium and chlorides in the proximal tubule and loop of henle.
Indications
Furosemide is indicated for the treatment of edema of cardiac, hepatic or renal origin. Acute pulmonary edema. Cerebral edema. Forced diuresis.
