| Indications |
In treatment of wide variety of allergic and inflammatory conditions. It is also effective in as an anti emetic agent for cancer chemotherapy patients.

| Side Effects |
While short term administration rarely causes side effects. A partial list of possible side effects are: glaucoma, sub-capsular cataracts, GI bleeding, Osteoporosis, obesity, edema, hypertension, sleep disturbances. Delayed wound healing.
